Step 1: Inquire for schedule availability through via phone at (+63) 961-303-2654 or by sending us message on the Oasis Facebook Page, our Contact Form, or through email.

Step 2: Upon confirmation of schedule availability, a non-refundable Reservation Deposit of Five Thousand Pesos (Php5,000.00) is required at the time of reservation in order to secure the booking. This deposit will be applied as a credit towards Rental Fee for the package availed. This amount will be forfeited if the Guest cancels a confirmed reservation.

Step 3: Ten Days before check-in date, Guest must pay in full the remaining balance of the Rental Fee for the package availed, plus a refundable Security Deposit of Five Thousand Pesos (Php5,000.00) to cover any damages, missing items, fees, or excessive cleaning costs.

• VILLA (indoor) accommodation is not included. Guests are only allowed at the the RESORT side (pool area, pavilion, garden and outdoor areas). Maximum of 50 pax are allowed.

Oasis Private Resort offers the following the following items, amenities and appliances for guests’ use in the Celebration Package:

• RESORT amenities that are included in the Day Tour Gathering Package/Day Tour is for a maximum of 50 pax. However, after 9:00PM, only the Registered Guests will be allowed within the premises.

• For the Registered Guests Only (10 to 15 pax registered for overnight accommodation):
  • Access to the VILLA: A two-storey house, with airconditioned bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining area, two bathrooms, one powder room.
  • BEDROOMS: Beddings, pillows, and flat sheets;
  • KITCHEN: Refrigerator; water dispenser; electric kettle; rice cooker; 15 plates; 15 glasses; 15 sets of spoons, forks and teaspoons, 15 coffee mugs.
  • COMPLEMENTARY ITEMS: Free two-bottles of 5-gallon filtered water and three rolls of toilet paper (in the Villa).

Only Registered Guests are allowed within the premises (both in the VILLA and RESORT) after 9:00PM.

• Overnight accommodation in the Villa for 10 to 15 people.
• Check-in time: 2PM; check-out time: 12 Noon next day.
